How to create account, playtime scheduler

  • There are three situations of accounts. Free, Premium, and Power. We suggest that you start with the Free account and after you use it for a while, decide if you need the features of the paid performances.
  • To Register, go to PTS WEBSITE and click on “ REGISTER ”. Please note when you’re done registering, it’s veritably important to configure your account

  • Follow through the coming three defenses by entering your Country, State, and City( Eugene/ Springfield, OR)

Click on My Account and you’ll see the below screen. On the top are FOUR Tabs. Go through each tab and configure the settings to meet your requirements. For details on some of the more important settings, see the coming section.

Adding a Session, playtime scheduler

Adding a session allows you to produce a communication looking for players. The communication goes to everyone who’s subscribed to see the position you elect.

Log into your account PTS WEBSITE

Click on the ADD SESSION button located in the timetable on the top right-hand side of the window.

  • Elect a position
  • Elect a Time
  • elect a Skill Range( illustration if you’re a3.0 you might want to elect2.75 to3.5)
  • Minimal# of Players illustration if you’re playing mates, set this to 2. For doubles, you might want to set this to 3 in the event that you can’t get 4 AND would be willing to play a 3-person game.
  • Maximum# of Players illustration if you’re playing mates, set this to 2; for doubles select 4.
  • Invite-Only Session Check this box if you want this to be a private session. You must invite at least one person using the PTS directory. This means in order to use this option, at least one person in your group must be in the PTS Directory. AFTER you produce the Session you can manually add further players to the Session that are NOT in the PTS directory by using the ADD GUEST option.
  • Description/ Notes Add information about the session. exemplifications “ Please bring your own balls ”; “ It might rain ” and; Want to have lunch after the game? ”.
  • Click the Add Session button at the bottom of the screen and everyone inked up to admit cautions for new sessions at the position you’re playing( and other criteria) will admit a dispatch.

Modifying a Session, playtime scheduler

Log into your account PTS WEBSITE

In the timetable pane, go to the date of the session you formerly created and click on it. The screen below will appear.

There are five areas circled in RED above that you can elect to change your session.

  1. Add Guest This allows you to add a player that’s NOT in the PTS directory.
  2. Add Note This allows you to add a fresh note that all players will see.
  3. cancel a Note If you click on the “ X ” to the right of your original note, it’ll cancel it. However, they will each show up independently, If there’s further than one note from you or another player.
  4. cancel a Player If you click on the “ X ” to the right of the player name, it’ll remove that player. still, if you cancel your own name and you’re possessed of the session, it’ll cancel the entire session.
  5. Edit or Cancel Session This option opens the original Session record where you can change any of the fields.

How to REPLY to a PTS Session Request from another player

You can respond to someone who has created a record using two styles, both of which bear you to log into PTS.

  • Log into PTS and browse the timetable. Click on any Session and add your name.
  • You admit a dispatch from PTS informing you of a Session. You decide that you want to attend and also log into PTS and go to the date and time and click on the record.

In the timetable, Click on the record you’re interested in and the below screen will open.

If you want to play in this Session click on “ Add My Name ”

still, click on the blue textbook that says “ X fresh notes- click to view ”, If you want to read the notes. This communication will only appear if fresh notes have been added.
Still, click on “ Add Note ”, If you want to add your own note or respond to a note.
